The Annual Tulip Festival

It is that time of the year... the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley, WA. It means Spring is here! Everything is once again alive again. However, the traffics from Seattle to the Tulip town was HORRIBLE. It was a nightmare of 3+ hours of commuting when it only takes about 1.5 hrs on a regular day.
