It was a beautiful day to visit Mt. Rainier, the highest mountain in Washington. The weather was nice and got super hot in the middle of the day. It was nice that they offer free shuttle ride for visitors because the road going up the mountain is rather a winding one. I don't think I would want to drive up there on my own.
At the end of the day I think the temperature was in the 90 something Fahrenheit that is considered as "boiling hot" for us Seattlites. :) Seattle rarely hits 80F so 90+F is too hot to handle for us.
